TIM’S WHITE CITRUS SANGRIA

Preparing Glasses (optional)

Begin by prepping rosemary stems in the glasses. This can be done with a twig of rosemary upside down in the glass you’d like to display these drinks in. Add drinkable water at the bottom and place them safely in your freezer.

Preparing Rosemary Syrup

Add equal amounts of water and white sugar in a pot and bring it to a boil. Once it is boiling stir and turn off the heat. Add one or two of rosemary stems and let it steep. Remove after 5 minutes for a subtle rosemary flavor. If you desire more potent rosemary flavor in your drink leave in for longer.

Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka

1/2 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz rosemary simple syrup

Ice

Club Soda

Rosemary spray for garnish (optional)

Cranberries for garnish (optional)

Step By Step

Add ice to a mixer. Amalgamate ice with lemon juice, vodka and simple syrup.

Shake.

If you prepared your glasses with frozen rosemary sprays pour drink OR if you just want to use regular ice, add ice and then pour drink.

Top off with Club Soda.

Add cranberries and/or rosemary as garnish.
